Column for April 16 to April 22

One job that I have huge respect for is teachers. This job seems to be getting harder and harder as family units seem to be separating. Now teachers are not only educators but may be the only adult positive role model in a child’s life. The following websites are for parents and educators. Pass them along to your child’s teachers. People always ask me what they should do with all the samples that they get in the mail. Teachers always love little care packages with a note from a child just saying Thank You.

The Mickelson ExxonMobil Teachers Academy is a cool summer camp just for teachers. Here is your chance to let your teachers know how special they are. Follow the steps below to send an awesome e-card or super certificate. They’ll get a cool message from you and learn more about how they can enter to attend the Academy.
