One of the issues for people signing up for free samples is getting unwanted spam. I always suggest signing up for a free Gmail account for use just for free stuff. This allows you to go in and easily delete spam. Here is how you do this.
Double click on the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop.
Click the address bar at the top of the browser, type www.gmail.com and press Enter on the keyboard.
Click on Sign up for Gmail. It is located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Fill out the account request form. (Desired Login Name, Password, Enable Web History, Security Question, Word Verification and Accept the Terms of Service)
When you have created your account just go to www.gmail.com to access it from your internet browser.
I am not computer savvy but this is an easy process.
Next sign up for Facebook.
Facebook is a social networking service that lets you connect with friends, co-workers and others with similar interests. Facebook is now being used as a marketing tool. I have already seen TGI Friday’s give away free cheeseburgers and Papa John’s giving away pizzas when you become a fan of theirs on Facebook. If for no other reason start a Facebook page just for free stuff. I think these giveaways as the beginning of a trend.
Click the address bar at the top of the browser, type in www.facebook.com and press Enter on the keyboard
Enter your information using your new gmail email account then click on sign up.
