You may not have thought of it this way, but taking care of your health is a money saving endeavour. If you’re vigilant about your health now, it will save on health care expenses later. Plus, youwill be teaching your children that it is fun to be healthy and active.

· UK Markey Cancer Center is teaming up with Rite-Aid and the Skin Cancer Foundation for a free skin cancer screening on June 30 and July, 1 from 10am to 4pm each day at Rite-Aid, 2284 Versailles Road. · The Adult Dental Clinic at University of Kentucky College of Dentistry offers appointments Monday-Friday from 9am to 12 noon and 2-5pm for patients age 14 and up.
